This getting started with moodle guide is only intended to give users enough information to enable users to login to moodle and access courses. It does not provide any information about moodle's tools and activities. For further information about moodle tools login to moodle and locate the course entitled "Student Guide to Using Moodle". If you can't immediately find it on the moodle home page, remember that you can scroll to the bottom of the page and use the course search tool.
Using moodle to learn about moodle is
by far the most effective way to learn about it. In most cases tools
and activities are intuitive to use. However, moodle does contain some
in-line help popups. Look out for the 
popup
help icons.
