Need to collaboratively collect and annotate sources for a literature review. Agree on a tool & a set of tags, and everyone forages. We did this for the Learning Patterns project literature review.

http://www.blinklist.com/ international and tech-focused social bookmarking. social bookmarking along the lines of del.icio.us, using tags. Also provides message board, user profiles, ability to search within group of friends, etc. Encouraging competition to accumulate 'fans' of your 'blinks'.
