Attewll explores "some of the ideas behind the Personal Learning Environment and consider"s" why PLEs might be useful or indeed central to learning in the future. Of course this is not so much a technical question but an educational one, although changing technologies are a key driver in educational change."
Attwell also looks "at the changing face
of education and go on to consider the different
ways the so called ‘net generation’ is using
technology for learning" and examines "some of the issues around Personal Learning
Environments and the emergent trends in the way
PLEs are being introduced."
